Refund policy
We want you to be happy shopping with us! If you have any issues with your order, please let us know through info@slimelab.com.au. Any rights you have under our returns, refunds and exchange policy are additional to the rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
We are more than happy to offer a return, refund or exchange product(s), providing the following conditions are met:
- We will happily replace products damaged during shipping if you contact us with a photo or video proof within 3 days of delivery. In this case, we ask that you ship it back to us in the condition that you received it for refunds or replacements.
- The items are returned 7 days from purchase.
- The item is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including attached tags and labels.
We only accept cancellations if your order has not yet been fulfilled.
Cancellation must be requested within 1 hour of your order transaction. Please email us immediately - info@slimelab.com.au
